Agricultural Economics | 4-Year Plan
Agricultural Economics Track Option
With an increasing number of jobs requiring an interdisciplinary set of skills from more than one industry or area of expertise, our Agricultural Economics track option is an increasingly popular choice for students who wish to complete a minor in other areas of study such as plant science, animal science, sustainable agriculture, community and leadership development, and many more.
A prime example of an interdisciplinary education in the workplace would be an animal pharmaceutical sales representative. These positions benefit from a broad background in agriculture, as well as specific education in animal science, business management, marketing, and sales.
The possible combinations of majors and minors are seemingly endless and flexible to students' career interests.
